Business owners managing day to day operations away from their desks needed lightweight tools they could rely on. Core features like segmentation were only available on the web application though, which forced them to pause their workflow or delay tasks until later in the day when they could get back to their stationary computers. These limitations disrupted their momentum and made it harder to act in the moment. This resulted in missed opportunities to connect with their audience when it mattered most.
I designed a lightweight mobile app feature that integrated existing segmentations from the desktop app that could be consistently managed across platforms. The goal was to design a familiar and seamless system that users could quickly tap into and use on-the-go for better target marketing to effectively grow their businesses. Segmentation features included pre-built options as well as ones created by users.
